A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, she completed her Master’s in Physical Therapy at Mount St. Mary’s in Los Angeles. Residing in Laguna Niguel with her husband, Kerry has successfully balanced her professional career with raising four children. Throughout her journey as a mother, she remained committed to enhancing physical health, working in various settings including outpatient orthopedics, pediatric clinics, school-based therapy, and home health. Kerry is passionate about improving functional mobility through pain management, flexibility, and strength training. She is also a certified Pilates instructor, blending her expertise with her love for movement. In her free time, Kerry enjoys golfing and running, embodying her belief in a healthy, active lifestyle.
Sheridan Savio is a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist with a master’s in physical therapy (MPT) and over 23 years of experience helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall physical health. Sheridan is dedicated to providing personalized care that promotes healing, recovery, and long-term well-being. Passionate about continuous learning, Sheridan holds certification as a Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS) and is known for her excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner. She empowers patients by educating them and encouraging their active involvement in their recovery journey. Beyond clinical practice, Sheridan volunteers at NEGU for childhood cancer and Samaritan’s Purse, staying engaged with her community. Sheridan's personal experience with physical therapy following a serious illness and surgery—during which she endured three years of intensive therapy and relearned how to walk—drives her empathy and commitment to helping others. Sheridan’s approach combines knowledge from her extensive post-graduate training in orthopedic rehabilitation, heart disease management, balance rehabilitation, and treatment of neurological and spine disorders. She uses a whole-body approach to ensure patients achieve improved fitness, balance, strength, and gait as part of their recovery. Sheridan's personal and professional journey makes her uniquely equipped to guide others through their own healing process.
